In order to ~ate the knowiedge in the respective fieids of speciaiization of each branch ot Engineering & Technology’and Science] and also to keep abreast of the latest developments in the fields of interest ofthe students~ience and Technology Associations/ Clubs will be formed branch-wise / distipiine-wise under the aeglSc.qf each of the Departments. Thus, the MechanicaiEngineering Department will establish Mechanical Engineering &Technology Association while the Electronics & Communication Department will form the Electronics & Communication Engineering Association. The Electrical & Electronics Engineering Branch will also be included in this Association. Computer Science & Engineering Branch will form the Computer Science,~ Information Technology Association. The Civil Engineering Branch will have Civil Engineering Association. The departments of Chemistry and Physics will form Scientific Association for Chemistry& Physics.

RULES & REGULATIONS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT & RUNNING OF THE ASSOCIATIONS
1. Membe.rship:
The Association(s) shall consist of all the students of the particular branch of specialization. The students of senior classes and junior dasses will have equal right and opportunity to be a member of his branch of Association. Thus, all the students of Mechanical Engineering, irrespective of the year of study will be members of the Mechanical Engineering & Technology Association.
2. Office Bearers:
The Head of Department will be’the President of the Association and a General Secretary will be elected from the senior-most class of the branch/discipline. The post of General Secretary will be by voluntary acceptance of the responsibilities and no compulsion will be exerted for the same. There shall be one Secretary and one Joint Secretary each Elected from each year’s class. Thus, in the second year of the college there will be two Secretaries, two Joint Secretaries and one General Secretary from the Second year batch. One of the Secretaries will work as the Organizer-cum-Coordinator while the other will function as the treasurer-cum-auditor. The Joint Secretaries will render all the required help to the respective Secretary and carry on the duty in their absence
3. Fund
Funding for the Associations will be through subscription from the Members.
