INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY – MBA 2018
It’s incredible and unbelievable that a woman plays various roles and that too with love and full enthusiasm. “Woman”, she is a mother, a sister, a wife, a daughter and the most dedicated employee at her work place. It is great that we have a day like Women’s day specifically a country like India which has completely been spoiled by many atrocities against women like rape, dowry, female infanticide, exploitation of women at work place and many more. Like many other countries Women’s day in India is celebrated with the similar enthusiasm.
Rajadhani Business School observed International Women’s Day on 16th March, 2018 with great enthusiasm and spirit. The function was formally inaugurated by Mrs. Kalyani Vallath, Founder and CEO of The Red Elephant Foundation, Trivandrum. Along with her inaugural speech she inspired the young minds of RBS with her experiences sharing. She also motivated her students how to be empowered and how it would be passed to others.
An interactive session with Dr Sumi S, leading Gynaecologist was organised. In her session, the various problems facing by women were discussed, particularly hygiene during menstrual periods. The programme was attended by female faculty members of management and engineering departments and students of MBA and B Tech.
